They really work! The small air pockets insulate your feet in cold weather and absorb and transmit moisture in hot weather, leaving your feet drier. They can replace old insoles to give extra life to your footwear.
If you are in doubt about your size, it is best to order one size bigger as they are easy to trim, ensuring they always fit your shoes!
