Return of an order

In case the order you have received does not meet expectations, shoes or clothing does not fit. Exchanging or returning the entire or only part of an order is no problem at VEGA-LIFE.

When ordering products from our shop, a trial period of 14 days applies. Meaning the customer has 14 days from the moment of receiving the order to decide if they want to keep the articles purchased.

When we send you your order, you will get an e-mail including a Track & Trace code so you can track your order. In an attachment to this email you will find a return form.

In case you don't want to keep the entire or part of your order, or you want to exchange, please package it well. For example in the box you received the order in, cardboard or a otherwise discarded (whole) plastic bag.
At VEGA-LIFE we wholeheartedly appreciate and support recycling materials for packaging.
Do not forget to include the return form so we have all the information we need. Please provide the package with a clearly readable address. You can return the package to:

You can offer the package at the post office in your area. Or use any other shipping method that delivers in Amsterdam / The Netherlands.

When sending a return order, the costumer is in charge of paying the shipping cost. If you send back your entire purchase you will get the shipping cost from the Netherlands, as part of the actual order, refunded in full.
In case of a package that fits through the mailbox (as do many books, some belts and T-Shirts) it's best to send it in an envelope or flat box that fits through the mailbox (go to your local post office for guidance if necessary). It will safe you some money, and we are glad to help in that regard.
If you want to return multiple products, please fit them together in one box. The weight of a package must not exceed 30 kilogram.

Refunds when you return your order

When sending back your order please indicate on the return form that you want the amount paid to be returned to you. We will refund the amount paid by you (including the initial shipping costs you paid VEGA-LIFE when ordering) to you within 14 days after you have indicated that you want to return the order, provided that we receive the products sent by you.

For repayment we will use the same payment method as you used to order from us. 

Return a product in the shop

If you wish to swap an item, but are unsure which size is best? Then (if possible) you can come visit our store, we often have multiple sizes in stock. You can try on a different size or possibly look for an alternative.

Looking for a very specific size? Please call before you come  +31 (0)20-6204097 (during opening hours of the shop). We can immediately check if the desired item is in stock. If so desired we can put it aside for you. Ensuring you will not come in vain.

Exceptions

There are certain articles that can not be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons, involving wellness and personal hygiene products such as make-up, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and skin creams, etc. These items cannot be returned or exchanged if packaging is not sealed. Pet food and food products may only be returned if the packaging is undamaged and unopened.

Trying on clothes and shoes

Of course you may try on any purchased clothing items and shoes. But please take care not to damage them. Removing of any labels will invalidate a return. Shoes may only be tried on at home, wearing shoes outdoors will invalidate your return. You can wear them (with clean socks) and indoors for a little while, in order to become really sure of your purchase, make sure you do so responsibly.
