Return of an order

Did you receive your order, but your purchase does not fit, or it differs from your expectation? Exchange is no problem at VEGA LIFE.

When you order products in our shop, a trial period of 14 days applies. This means that you have 14 days from the moment of receiving the order to decide if you want to keep the articles.

When we send you your order, you will get an e-mail including a Track & Trace code so you can track your order. In an attachment to this email you will find a return form.

In case you don't want to keep (part of) your order, or you want to exchange, enwrap it well. For example in a newspaper or a plastic bag. Do not forget to add the return form so we know what to do with the returned items. Finally provide the package with a clear address. You can return the package to:

You can offer the package at the Post Office in your area. Or use any other shipping method that delivers in Amsterdam / The Netherlands.

For sending a package, you pay the cost of returning the package. If you send back your entire purchase you will receice back the costs for sending your package from the Netherlands to you. In case of a packet that fits through the letterbox (as do many books, some belts and T-Shirts) it 's best to send it in an envelope or letterbox packet. That' s a lot cheaper. If you want to return multiple products, please fit them together in a box, which is usually much cheaper. The weight of a package must not exceed 30 kilogram.

Refunds when you return your order

If you send back your order please indicate on the return form that you want the amount paid to be returned to you. We will return the amount paid by you (including the shipping costs you paid with your order) to you within 14 days after you have indicated that you want to return the order, provided that we receive the products sent by you.

For repayment of the amount you paid we will use the same payment method as you used to order from us. Also in this refund there are no costs to you.

Return a product in the shop

Would you swap your order, but you do not know which size is best? Then you can come to the store. In the shop we often have multiple sizes in stock. You can try on a different size or possibly look for an alternative.

Looking for a specific size? Please call before you come to  +31 (0)20-6204097 (during opening hours of the shop). We can immediately check if the desired item is in stock. If so desired we can put it aside for you. Then you are sure you won't come in vain.

Exceptions

There is a number of articles that can not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons This involves care products such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and skin creams, etc. whose packaging is not sealed. Pet food and food products may only be returned if the packaging is undamaged and unopened.

Try on clothes and shoes

Of course you may try on clothes and shoes. But take care you do not damage them. You are not allowed to remove any labels. Shoes you try on you should only try on inside your home. You can wear them for a little while in order to become really sure of yourself, but please do keep them tidy. After all, you do not want your new shoes to already look worn when you buy them!
