Heron Chest T-Shirt - Latte

Handmade water-based art
At Päälä, a T-shirt is seen as a canvas. In their own studio in Amsterdam, the Heron print is applied by hand using traditional screen printing. Only water-based ink is used in this process. The advantage of this process is that the ink penetrates deep into the fibres, making the print feel extremely soft and ensuring the fabric remains breathable in that area. The colours are hand-mixed each season using eco-friendly pigments, giving every shirt a unique, artisanal look.
