The versatile and stylish Explorer was the very first hemp shoe model created by 8000Kicks. Designed and manufactured in Portugal, it was developed to be the most eco-friendly, durable, and comfortable sneaker ever made!

The Explorer is crafted from sustainable hemp fibers and weighs just 240 grams. The shoes are waterproof (PFC-free) and feature super-lightweight, algae-based foam soles that offer excellent durability. The unique hemp insole adapts to your feet and is both antibacterial and antimicrobial for optimal hygiene and comfort.

Please note: they run slightly small – some customers choose one size up from their usual size. If you're unsure, you can select “pick up in shop” and try them on before purchase. Feel free to request two sizes to compare.
 

We do not recommend machine washing, as it may damage the waterproof coating. If needed, hand wash with warm water and mild soap.
