Come to our vegan clothing swap and upcycled jewelry & repair party! Bring beautiful clothes that have been in your closet for too long and trade them for a "new" acquisition you will actually wear. Interested in jewelry repair? Bring your old or broken jewelry. José can repair it or transform it into a unique, new design for a very low price (which goes entirely to the Animal Distress Foundation).

The Clothing Swap
Important to know:

• The clothing must be in good condition and of good quality (no stains, holes, wear, and washed).
• Vegan clothing only: no wool, leather, fur, silk, suede, nubuck, down, or feathers.
• We will check your clothes for the swap. You will receive as many swap tickets as the number of items you bring.

Entry & Tickets 🎟️
Admission is free, but we ask you to buy a €5 ticket via our website or in our store. You will get this amount back on the day itself (in cash or as a discount on your purchases in the store—your choice). If you cancel your participation at least 1 day in advance, you will get a full refund. When checking out, choose "Pickup at the VEGA-LIFE store" so you don't pay shipping costs. You can then "pick up" the tickets from us on the day of the event.

Why we do this: at previous free events and tastings, we saw many sign-ups, but a large part of them didn't show up. With this ticket system, we hope to better estimate the number of attendees and thus organize a better event for everyone.

Please note:
* You might take fewer clothes home at the end of the swap than you brought. If this bothers you, you can look around first before dropping off your items, so you are sure to find something you like.
* If the swap is a success, we will organize more swap parties, and you can save any leftover swap ticket(s) for a future event.

Prefer not to bring to the swap:
We prefer to avoid clothing from brands like SHEIN, Romwe, Primark, New Yorker, Forever 21, Kiabi, and Pimkie, as these are often made of thinner materials that wear out faster. This way, we keep the swap sustainable and enjoyable for everyone!
