Tasty sugar-free peppermints flavoured with juicy Sicilian lemons and British mint.Sugar-free and sweetened with 100% natural Xylitol - actively good for your teeth and gums. About 25 mints per box and each mint contains 0.5 g of xylitol. Xylitol contains 40% fewer calories and it has a lower Glycaemic Index than normal sugar. The birch we use for our xylitol comes from responsibly managed European forests. Xylitol breaks down bacteria, International Dental Health Foundation has tested Peppersmith gum and mints and they confirm that they help prevent cavities.
