The sole is made in Finland where they know a thing or two about staying on your feet during the cold and slippery winter! GRIP+ by Solepex Finland combines materials with different hardness to ensure superior grip and comfort on wet, ice slush and snow. The slip resistant patterns and lamellas of different thicknesses in the sole maximize the friction in all directions. The open channels transport the water and slush from between GRIP+ by Solepex sole and the surface, thereby preventing a slippery film from forming. GRIP+ by Solepex soles take advantage of soft spikes and lamellas, which can make the contact time between the sole and the surface longer than other soles. As the foot touches ground, the spikes and lamellas get compressed under pressure. When walking, the spikes and lamellas follow the step making the contact last longer, improving the grip.
