BioWorld’s Barefoot Hector sandals are ultra-lightweight and flexible, allowing the feet to move very naturally and without resistance. The fit offers ample toe room, giving your toes complete freedom to spread out as nature intended. This directly contributes to better posture and balanced weight distribution.

The flat design features a ‘zero drop’ (no height difference between the heel and the toe), which supports a natural walking style and healthy body alignment. The sandals are made from breathable, eco-friendly and sustainable vegan materials that prevent your feet from overheating. The 4 mm-thin Vibram Supernewflex soles are incredibly light, flexible and durable. They provide minimal cushioning, just the right amount you need for comfort, optimal connection with the ground and a strong, natural gait.

Walking in the Hector sandals mimics the feeling of walking barefoot, but with exactly the right protection and durability from Vibram.

If in doubt, most customers opt for the larger size. (When choosing, bear in mind that the sole flexes whilst walking; an extra 0.5 to 1.5 centimetres of space is needed between your foot and the edge of the sole).
